5. Kristi Hein, Anacortes gardener
Copyediting the Floret books launched me into cut flower gardening and arranging. I grew my first dahlias from seeds in 2020 and never looked back. I now grow around 80 varieties in my town garden/backyard wildlife habitat, all organically.
At this year's event, Kristi will be offering tubers from 36 named dahlia varieties.

6. Deborah Virgovic, Gardener in Bow
I resisted dahlias for a long time, but a friend and neighbor wore me down. With help from my mum, Nancy, we dabble in dahlias (only our second year!).
We planted over 35 varieties in 3 raised beds in my garden in the woods.

Now we’re HOOKED! We do this for fun, for the beauty, and to share with friends.
At this year’s event, Deborah and Nancy will be offering:
- Over 25+ varieties of dahlia tubers

7. Sarah Dobrinen (Dolce Flower Farm)
I've been growing dahlias as a hobby for the past 10 years and 4 years ago decided to turn it into a business.
I grow 400 varieties and a couple thousand plants and am expanding this coming season to 600+ varieties.

At this year's in-person dahlia sale and swap, I will be sharing about 50+ varieties of tubers and 20+ varieties of dahlia cuttings.
I grow in north Sedro-Woolley and enjoy having people come visit my dahlia farm when the dahlias are in full bloom!

8. Nicole Fields, Sedro-Woolley gardener
I’ve been growing dahlias for six years and love sharing them with fellow gardeners.
This year, my very tolerant partner would be so grateful if our home office, garage, and greenhouse weren't packed quite so full of cuttings, waking tubers, and general gardening mayhem, so I'm joining the sale!
I’ll have both cuttings and tubers available, including some common favorites and a few harder-to-find varieties.
I'll be selling and trading at the sale and I'm looking forward to connecting with other dahlia lovers!

9. Riverbloom Farms (Rhonda Hamburg, Shondra Snell, Kayla Orcutt)
At this years event Riverbloom Farms will be offering:
•Dahlia tubers
•Rooted dahlia cuttings
•Seed packets
•Cut flower starts

We are a family of flower lovers rooted in beautiful Skagit County.
What started as a shared passion between mother and daughters has grown into a business dedicated to all things flowers, especially dahlias!

We are a small farm on Camano Island and have been growing dahlias for over 10 years. We have an abundance of varieties to offer at this year’s event.

We sell bouquets and posies out of our 1970 Ford during the summer months and sell tubers online through our website.

11. Shannon Fowler
My name is Shannon Fowler, and this is my friend aka partner in dahlia crime Deanna Van Beek.
Collectively, we've been growing dahlias for 7 years as both of us are hobby growers in Skagit Valley.
